I believe that dreams are the original religion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not mean Freudian dreams, or any dreams involving people and places you know. Those are the bottommost layer of the dreaming world. This blog is about the other layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do I call it a religion? First, it involves a supernatural world \u2014 one in which magical events occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, in order to make progress in the dreaming world, you must get your waking life in some semblance of order. One cannot get far in the dreaming world with hang-ups and triggers, prejudices and fears. These are detours and distractions. They must need be worked through, in order to get to the other side. Your dream diary is your bible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
