I believe that dreams are the original religion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not mean Freudian dreams, or any dreams involving people and places you know. Those are the bottommost layer of the dreaming world. This blog is about the other layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do I call it a religion? First, it involves a supernatural world \u2014 one in which magical events occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, in order to make progress in the dreaming world, you must get your waking life in some semblance of order. One cannot get far in the dreaming world with hang-ups and triggers, prejudices and fears. These are barriers. They must need be worked through, in order to get to the other side. Your dream diary is your bible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dreams are Life Experiences<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your dreaming experiences are experiences. Because they are self-modifying, they open a feedback loop to rapid personal development.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lucidity is the one topic that cannot be discussed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A wraith is not just a ghost; it is a ghostly doppelganger. It lives in a supernatural world and it has supernatural powers. It is self-delusional, reckless and wilful. And then you wake up.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
